In case of problems during operation of CTE DB equipment, you are invited to get in touch with our After-sale Service in order to provide exhaustive information of the fault.

Such information has to be submitted by filling in the "Failure Notice Form" (click to download).


Download the form and send it to us by email (service@ctedb.com), duly filled in.

Please DO NOT SHIP ANY EQUIPMENT WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION, as our first aim will be to give you some useful directions to let you solve the problem on site so as to avoid the return of equipment. If repair or replacement  should be considered as necessary, we will authorize the return with a specific email.

ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT CTE DB AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REJECTED.

Clearance fees, import duties and freight chargies borne by CTE DB for the entry of the faulty equipment no more covered by warranty will be debited to customer.
